Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Sheaxeen Soapery. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Due to the nature of our bath and body products, our return and refund policies are as follows:


1. Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available on orders over $75. Please note, we only ship within the continental United States. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at support@sheaxeen.com. 


2. Terms of Return

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

We only accept returns on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are only accepted for items in their unopened original packaging.


3. State of Return

Items must be in the original state they were received: unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

Items that have been used or opened are not eligible for return due to hygiene and health safety reasons.


4. Reason for Return

Eligible returns include only those items that are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong product was shipped to you.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please provide photographic evidence to support your claim.


5. Process for Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at support@sheaxeen.com or by phone at +1 240 722 9593. You will need to provide your order number and detailed information about the issue.

Our customer service team will evaluate your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning your product.


6. Process of Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, usually within 7-14 business days.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
